A WSET Level 4 Diploma graduate with decades of sommelier experience and a lifelong passion for wine collecting, Clinton guides guests through memorable pairings of wine and cheese in Adelaide.

In-House Winemaker
Gracie has worked as a head winemaker and consultant winemaker in South Australia and Victoria, bringing her expertise and perspective into the heart of Adelaide’s East End, connecting wine, terroir, and cheese.
